  3. Contact for Review: Our team will review the video and contact you directly within 2-3 business days to confirm if the return is approved.
  4. Return Approval & Refund: Once the return is approved, we will guide you on how to return the product. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Non-Refundable Products:
  • All products are non-refundable, unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • This includes earrings, customized jewellery, and items on sale or clearance.
