- Video Recording: Record a clear video of the damaged or defective product as soon as you receive it. The video should clearly show the issue with the item.

- Contact for Review: Our team will review the video and contact you directly within 2-3 business days to confirm if the return is approved.
- Return Approval & Refund: Once the return is approved, we will guide you on how to return the product. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.
Non-Refundable Products:
- All products are non-refundable, unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
- This includes earrings, customized jewellery, and items on sale or clearance.
