1. Orders & Payments

All orders are processed upon successful payment through our secure payment gateway.
Prices listed on the website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Orders once confirmed cannot be modified. In case of cancellation, refer to our Cancellation Policy.

2. Shipping

We offer free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1000.
For orders below ₹1000 with Cash on Delivery (COD), an additional ₹100 charge applies.
Delivery timelines vary by location but typically range between 4–8 working days.

3. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused, unworn items with original tags and packaging.
Return requests must be submitted via email within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.
If the order has already been shipped, please do not accept delivery. Once the product is returned to us, a refund will be processed.
No cancellations are accepted for Cash on Delivery once dispatched.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display product images and details accurately.
However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. These do not qualify for return or refund.
All items follow standard sizes mentioned on the product page; size-related returns are not accepted.

6. COD (Cash on Delivery)

COD is available only for selected locations.
Orders above ₹1000 with COD will still incur a ₹100 COD handling charge.
Returns or refunds are not accepted for COD orders.
