2. Shipping Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

If the order total is ₹399 or below, a ₹60 delivery charge will be applied.

If the order total is above ₹399, no delivery charge will be applied.

Shipping timelines typically range from 4 to 8 working days, depending on your location.

We currently do not offer free shipping for prepaid or COD orders unless otherwise mentioned in promotional offers.
3. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags.

Return requests must be made via email within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.

If an order has already been shipped, please do not accept delivery. A refund will be processed once the product is returned to us.

No cancellations are accepted for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders once dispatched.

Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences; these do not qualify for returns or refunds.

All sizing follows standard size charts provided on the product page. Size-based returns are not accepted.
